Let's go beyond the birthing classes, and explore exactly what it is that you want to have for your birth memory.  As your birth doula,  I will support you in any way you want, and in all the ways that you deserve. 

A lot of women report that there are many barriers to communication with their prenatal care providers.  You shouldn't feel that there is a problem with asking questions.  The more that you educate yourself, and with your partner, the better your experience and outcome will be.  That's the first place your doula comes in handy.  Any questions you or your partner have at any time.  I will not make you feel rushed, I want what you want, and I will never treat you like you are "being difficult." 

Now is the time to take charge of your birth.  I will help you every step of the way.  I am here to help you understand all of your options, and to have every resource available for you and a healthy, happy birth.
